Candidate Delivery System
GREAT CLIPS FRANCHISEE TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the participation of Great Clips franchisees ("Franchisee(s)") in
the Candidate
delivery process facilitated by Great Clips, Inc. ("Great Clips") through the iCIMS Candidate delivery
system
(“Platform”) and other related services. By participating in this process, Franchisee agrees to comply
with these Terms,
including but not limited to:
- Using Candidate information solely for evaluating job applicants in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Complying with all data protection and privacy laws, including obligations under the Franchise Agreement and applicable Data Processing Agreement(s).
- Maintaining appropriate security measures to protect Candidate information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
- Adhering to the iCIMS Acceptable Use Policy.
- Being solely responsible for any evaluation, employment, or personnel matters involving Candidates.
- Understanding that Great Clips acts solely as a processor of Candidate data and does not make salon recruiting, hiring or employment decisions.
- Indemnifying Great Clips against claims arising from Franchisee’s breach of these Terms or misuse of Candidate information.
- Acknowledging that iCIMS and/or Great Clips may suspend or terminate Franchisee access to the Platform due to misuse of the Platform or violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
